ATE9430T vs ATE9460: Choosing a 4K30 or 4K60 Wireless HDMI Transmitter Module

There are two real differences. ATE9430T tops out at 4K30 and has 4K30 loop-out built into the module; ATE9460 reaches 4K60 and gets 4K60 loop-out from a splitter chip on the carrier. Package, wireless and Ethernet, encryption, EDID and KVM are essentially the same, but the pinouts differ and carriers cannot be shared.

ATE9430R vs ATE9461: Choosing a 4K30 or 4K60 Wireless HDMI Receiver Module

The receiver follows the transmitter. ATE9430R pairs only with ATE9430T and reaches 4K30; ATE9461 pairs only with ATE9460 and reaches 4K60 and 1080p at 240Hz. Receivers drive HDMI directly, so loop-out does not apply. The biggest engineering difference is the carrier: ATE9430R can share a carrier with its transmitter, while ATE9461 needs its own.

AIC8800-D40, D80 or RTL8812CU: Choosing Range and Antennas for a Wireless Video Link

The three Wi-Fi modules only set range and antenna count; resolution is unaffected and every tier runs 4K60. D40 covers about 30 – 100 m and D80 about 100 – 300 m, both single-antenna. RTL8812CU covers about 300 – 1000 m with two antennas, so the carrier needs two antenna positions. Carrier and firmware are shared across all three.

Wireless Video Module or Finished Wireless HDMI Extender: Which to Buy

Factories and brands that want their own label, their own form factor, or wireless video built into another device should buy modules. Integrators fitting out a few meeting rooms or server rooms should buy finished units. Modules mean your own carrier, enclosure and product certification, though carrier design and PCBA can be handed to the module supplier.

Wireless, Ethernet or Fiber: Choosing How to Extend HDMI Over Distance

Use wireless where there is line of sight and no cable run, with three tiers covering about 30 – 1000 m. Use Ethernet or fiber between floors or buildings and where interference is heavy. ANLYA's 4K60 / 4K30 modules have a built-in 100M Ethernet PHY, so the same module does both; the carrier only adds magnetics and an RJ45.
